Colour: Red with violet tones.
Aroma: Surprising on the nose with notes of small red fruits, spices, toasty notes and peat.
Taste: Well structured, enveloping and lasting in the mouth, where the aromas found in the nose return.
We can take it with poultry, as would a roast duck in orange sauce, or more original dishes such as peas with some Iberian ham.
