The aromas of ripe black fruit stand out in the nose where they are combined with a unique assembly with notes of balsamic herbs, and very subtly presents a pastry with all the elegance possible.
In the mouth, we find a wonderfully well-polished and warm density, where ripe black fruit is the protagonist. Highlighting a freshness and acidity worthy of the Atlantic climate.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
