Colour
Clean and bright Cherry red color with violet trim. High layer intensity. Very nice to look at.
AROMA:
Entrance into the nose where aromas of forest fruit and red fruits are expressed with a major importance to raspberry and redcurrant. Vanilla aromas appear, with touches of very subtle spices that give the touch of the barrel.
TASTE:
In the mouth it is an intense and very tasty wine. The red fruit such as raspberries and strawberries are the protagonists par excellence, all with a finish and a spicy background after which makes it fantastically perfect.
MATCHING
It makes the perfect accompaniment medium / high taste dishes, such as baked pork, rabbit grilled, would be perfectly linked with a duck magret with red fruit sauce and / or to finish semi-cooked raw pasta cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT

Still enthralled and curious, as if it were the first day, by the texture of the floors, the
wisdom of the prefiloxéricas vines of fine tinto, for that pure and clean climate, for the virgin environment and
the biodiversity that Soria offers; also for the passion that unites him with the winemakers of the area.
Domain of Es are 4 plots owned by old vines "grand cru" at about 1000 meters high. There
cultivate by combining observations with experience, relying on biodynamic techniques to
thus increase the personality of our soils, vines and vintage.
The Domain of Es fermented with 50% of scrap for 17 days at low
temperature (18 ° C to 26 ° C final fermentation) and it was only made
1 pigeage Aging of 20 months 100% in barrels of two wines (origin
the Romanée Conti).
