Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections. Medium - high layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Nose entry with all the sincerity, naturalness and frankness of the variety. It comes with a good load of red fruit that is perfectly harmonized with herbal touches and more subtly smoky. Small touches of a very well integrated and elegant wood.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is once again the maximum expressiveness of the variety. Intense, silky and with tannins that can boast an almost chewable structure. Well accentuated acidity with a long and persistent finish.

The vineyards of Bodegas Vidas, in the Asturian region of Cangas, are similar to those of other areas with exceptional conditions such as Priorat or Ribeira Sacra. Its slopes make mechanized harvest impossible, so its wines are the result of great effort. Single varietal of red Carrasquín, handcrafted by selecting and treading the best clusters. Fermentation in open vertical barrels and subsequent aging in French and American oak for 10 months. Thus, a faithful expression of the best traditional wines is obtained, coming from heroic viticulture, on a steep slope, collected by the hand of man for centuries in the deep valleys that house these Hundred Mountains.
