Un vin équilibré et bien construit. Il mérite d'être ouvert 1h avant la dégustation pour lui donner le temps de bien s'épanouir et s'aérer. Il révèle des notes de fruits rouges et a une bonne longueur en bouche. Je recommande sur des viandes rouges ou blanches et un bon plateau de fromages.

Wines reds designation of origin A.O.C. Bordeaux
Bordeaux is one of the wine-growing areas par excellence. The region is located on the west of France, on the Aquitania zone. The traditional cellars use to be on the middle of the harvested zones. The planted surface comprises a total of 117.000 hectares with a production of more than 700 millions of bottles per year. The zone has a total of 57 appellations of origin Controlée (A.O.C), and the major part of the wines are red, although there are also renowned sweet white wines such as Sauternes and Barsac wine.
