Bordeaux is one of the wine-growing areas par excellence. The region is located on the west of France, on the Aquitania zone. The traditional cellars use to be on the middle of the harvested zones. The planted surface comprises a total of 117.000 hectares with a production of more than 700 millions of bottles per year.
