Colour: Garnet cherry colour with a good layer, brilliant.
Aroma: Red and black fruits, good harmony of elegant wood. Toasty and snuff. Today, still a little closed in first impression, but after airing shows a good aromatic potential.
Taste: In mouth has a soft attack, round, with a touch of vivacity. The development on the palate is very long with one end still a little closed. Persistent and alive. A good balance of all tasting components.
Very good accompaniment to cheese as Idiazabal, Roncal, Mahon ... Perfect with fish such as cod stew, the pilpil or ajoarriero. Excellent with roast duck or grilled lamb or goat.
