Chateau de Pez

INFORMATION OF INTEREST Chateau de Pez 2007

TASTING NOTE

Colour: A beautiful garnet cherry colour of a middle layer, with a ruby rim. Bright and clear.

Aroma: Aromas of red and black fruits, we can notice jam that denotes great grape ripeness. Its development allows us to note species and snuff. Surround and intense in a whole.

Taste: Wine solid and deep, his development on the palate shows us rich flavours. Silky tannins, persistent, not aggressive and well rounded. Reminiscences of ripe red and black fruits and long aftertaste.

MATCHING

All kinds of meats in general, cheeses and sausages. Roast suckling pig, duck a l'orange, filet mignon ... Hold power taste food and dishes without overlap their flavours.

Tengo unos clientes franceses que siempre me traen alguna botella de regalo y está fantástico.
Suave, aterciopelado y sabroso.
