Colour

Deep red with purple highlights. High layer.

AROMA:

Elegant and complex. Stand out notes of strawberry, cherry, herbal and reminds of leather. Reminds of terroir and balsamic.

TASTE:

Good acidity in palate with a velvety route in mouth. Reminds of red ripe fruit mixed with hardwood. Pleasant and fresh end.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Château Beychevelle is a cellar from the apellation Bordeaux, on the region of Saint-Julien. The wine was qualified as one of the ten Quatrièmes Crus on the Official Wine Classification that took place at Bordeaux in 1855. The Chateau was built on the XVII century, rebuild by Marqués de Brassier in 1757 and extended by the Heine family at the end of the last century. Currently is property of Grands Millésimes de France (Castel & Suntory group).

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
