TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Red color with violet reflections. It has a high layer intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is delicacy brought to unimaginable levels. An infinity of aromas are expressed that manage to dance with each other with a unique expressiveness, delicate floral notes appear followed by memories of computed black fruit. Then, with the same perseverance, the hints of wild fruits are manifested, which are bathed by the complexity of the same black fruits. Everything majestically balanced with smoky notes and unmistakable aromas of honey and vanilla.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth of intoxicating complexity, we could expect less after the olfactory spectacle. Very good complexity followed by a velvety sensation that gives way to fine tannins and unique elegance. Long and persistent finish in the mouth. In short, the perfect balance of a bottled masterpiece.

MATCHING
A wine of such complexity, character and personality goes hand in hand with dishes of the same characteristics. Hare a la Royale, Wild boar, Duck breast with black fruit sauces, Wellington fillet and / or Strogonoof beef.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Catena family begins its second century as a wine producer in Mendoza, Argentina. The Adrianna vineyard, located at an altitude of almost 1,500 meters above sea level, is named after Nicolás Catena Zapata's youngest daughter. The soils of this plot are composed of calcium carbonate and marine fossils that cover the region millions of years ago. Calcareous layers provide good drainage and are rich in bacteria curl, microorganisms that help the root of the vine to withstand stress and absorb nutrients. Hence, the term "mundus bacillus terrae" or "elegant microbes of the earth".
