TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with violet reflections, where it has an intensity of medium - high layer. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Nose entry where your perception of wood is very present. Aromas of the same aging, where an oak with creamy touches is manifested along with the toasted and spicy, all submerged with a feeling of very pleasant almost computed ripe fruit.

TASTE:

Very structured mouth. It is a wine that requires a few minutes of "oxygenation", as it is shown with good complexity. Mature tannins with a lot of character, they are on a tasty structure and with a lot of personality. Long, wide and persistent finish.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
L'Infernal Face Nord is a red wine made by Celler L’Infernal in Torroja del Priorat, D.O.Q. Priorat. L'Infernal is a project created in 2002 by three French vignerones Laurent Combier, Peter Fischer and Jean Michel Gerin, known as Trio Infernal, who started vinification in Priorat and now have more than 8 hectares of vineyard and their own winery. Its objective has been to produce great, balanced and fresh wines that reflect the landscape that surrounds Torroja del Priorat. 100% made with Syrah. Vineyards planted on a hillside, in gneiss soil at 500 meters of altitude and facing north. Face Nord is made from long macerations (30 to 35 days), fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a 14-month aging in 500-liter French oak barrels.
