TASTING NOTE
Colour

High layer, with a very intense cherry colour with violet tones in the piping.

AROMA:

Good aromatic intensity, with lots of red and black fruits, floral notes appear and some notes of minerals and enzymes.

TASTE:

The palate is balanced, sweet, with a grand entrance and a step very nice, very polished and elegant. Complex aftertaste, fruit and some cocoa. Good run.

MATCHING
It will be the best companion of stews, red meat made a wood fire, roasted.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Winery located in Gratallops, on the Priorat, partner with local producers and directed by winemaker Alvaro Palacios. Slate floors are laminar structure located in a vertical and oblique. Mild Mediterranean climate is largely influenced by sea, with a predominance of sun and little rain leading to a selective harvest, according to different sectors of the property.Peñín Guide 2010: 91/100 points (Camins del Priorat 2007)
