Cherry red with purple trim.

AROMA:

Clean and bright, powerful, with red and black fruits. Balsamic, light sensations of spices. Aromas of tobacco, licorice and aromatic herbs. Soft sensations of wildflowers.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is sweet, ripe, enveloping and fruity, without edges. Elegant, silky, intense and very long and persistent on the palate.

Black Soul was born spontaneously and with the intention to make wines for own consumption, taking advantage of the milk tanks that had one of the partners. At that time we did not have our own vineyard and the native variety "callet" was not appreciated by the developers, so it was the only option to access to buy grapes. In the first year, two wine barrels were made. Currently there are leased or controlled vineyards in the area of ​​Felanitx, where the winery is located. These days, the vineyard team is made up of about 150 small plots located within a radius of 10 km from the winery, with the exception of 5 vineyards in the western part of the island. Until 2000, the wines from the winery were a blend of callet, a bit of fogoneu and mantonegro with cabernet sauvignon, from which the AN and the AN Son Negre were made with native varieties, basically callet and. AN / 2 that will continue to be a mix. In 2002, the conversion of the farm was completed, reaching enough capacity for our vineyard team.
