TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Light lemon yellow color with greenish reflections.

AROMA:

A markedly saline nose, where it is reminiscent of the oceanic sea breeze. Notes of salty almonds together with delicate bakery aromas.

TASTE:

On the palate it is very dry and salty, with a long, bitter and slightly citrus finish.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
The mild climate that El Puerto de Santa Maria has throughout the year has a crucial influence on the development of fine wines. The "Flower" grows under exceptional conditions. Selected for its typicality and elegance, it has aged for 5 years under the veil of "Flor" in American oak casks and is bottled without any treatment.

Bottled in May 2020.

We recommend being able to enjoy this cold Fino in Rama del Puerto (7-9º) with salmon sashimi and red tuna tartare.

Wines D.O. Jerez - Manzanilla de Sanlúcar de Barrameda
Wines fortifieds designation of origin D.O. Jerez - Manzanilla de Sanlúcar de Barrameda
The wine-growing region of Jerez is on the south of the country, influenced by the Atlantic Ocean and framed by the Guadalquivir and Guadalete rivers. In climatic conditions, it is part of the named “Baja Andalucia”, 300 days of sun with high temperatures in summer and rainfalls of 600 liters per year. The regulatory council of the Denomination of Origin Jerez was created in 1933 and the Manzanilla from Sanlúcar de Barrameda was included in this cluster. From 1964 on, the Denominations of Origin Jerez – Manzanilla de Sanlúcar de Barrameda were differenced but yet regulated by the same council.
