The family De Sangenís-Llívia, in Pacs del Penedès, dedicated to the cultivation of their vineyards, was established as a family business in 1977 with the name of "La Xarmada". The members of the family have dedicated their efforts and resources to the expansion of the company, gradually increasing the surface of the initial vineyards of Pacs, with the purchase of a farm in Blancafort and another in Solivella, both within the DO Conca de Barberà, a total of about 90 hectares.
