Aquest whisky el vaig provar a la mateixa distel·leria de Carbost, a Escòcia. Té un toc fumat molt cap al final, no com un Laphroaig, que acostuma a notar-se des del principi. Recomanable.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.

Ya hace tiempo que lo probé, para mi gusto mezcla muy bien el gusto tradicional de un Talisker clásico, con el acabado en barrica de Oporto que lo hace apto para toda ocasión.
