Juan Torres Master Distillers expands its prestige in the world of distilleries by presenting Liathmor Whisky, its first Scotch whisky, which pays tribute to the mysterious figure of the Grey Man of Ben Macdui. This spirit is made up of 20% Speyside malted barley, which imparts complexity and distinctive character, 40% of grains aged for 3 years that bring fruit notes and freshness, and another 40% of grains matured for 5 years that provide structure and notable density on the palate. Liathmor Whisky stands out as a complex yet accessible drink, with a smoothness and warmth that invite tasting, and an aromatic profile that includes vanilla, apple, pear, honey, and compote, all rounded off with subtle wood touches and a slightly smoky finish that lingers and satisfies.
