WHO CAN CONTRACT
Passum is the balance between the strength of traditional vinegar production and the sweetness concentrated in late-vintage grapes from the Nadal estate. We have soleras from different harvests, which, with the passing of time and carefully blended, provide us with a limited number of bottles of Passum each year.
