Very dense color and very dense appearance.

AROMA:

Its fragrance is genuine and complex, with reminiscences of overripe grapes and slightly roasted notes. An amazing set.

TASTE:

It has a persistent and at the same time subtle flavor, with extraordinary results in dishes where it is used, such as foie, blue cheeses or special meats in which an incomparable flavor is added.

Oloroso wine was the basis for the elaboration in 1980 of the solera, called by the same name that refers to it: SOLERA 1980. It is made from the 1980 solera in which old wines from Pedro Ximénez are added and it ages in oak wood until it achieves perfect harmony.

The aroma and body of the fragrant wines together with the unctuousness of Pedro Ximénez make this balsamic vinegar a world of incomparable sensations, thus merging, the taste and the aroma of the time.
