The unmistakable aroma and flavour of Sherry Vinegar Reserva El Majuelo stems from a rigorous selection of Sherries and ageing for years in American oak casks.
After three years in barrel has its amber colour, dark, clean and bright with some green highlights. Without stirring scents are glue, nail species such as memories, great range of shades, the vinosity is very present, remember the wines of Jerez Amontillado and Oloroso. Waving makes all those shade are most noticeable in the whole round. It has an entry into softer mouth despite his colour, its not aggressive, longer evolution, with more body through their childbearing years, long lingering aftertaste with notes of nuts in all its features.
