This product is resulting from the joint reduction of Pedro Ximenez wine and grape must.
After careful selection of the best wines and sherry vinegar reduction is made slowly dense and aromatic. This innovative product has been developed considering the current need for chefs to have a sauce ready for use, both as a condiment, as for decoration. Only a few drops are enough to give a personal touch and unique to your plate.
The Sweet Wine Sauce Pedro Ximenez is particularly suited to accompany meat or decorate as duck or veal, pate, carpaccio and all kinds of desserts, especially natural fruit and ice cream.
Intense aroma of sherry vinegar, balsamic notes with mixture and acetic aftertaste is persisted and pleasant to our palate.
It looks clean, shiny and dense, with a dark mahogany colour. Aromas of caramel, raisins, chocolate and pastries in perfect balance with the more classic aromas of Pedro Ximenez wine. In the mouth it is thick and viscous product with a mixture of raisins and caramel flavours.
