WHO CAN CONTRACT
Sohomare has elaborated sakes for the same family since 1872. A good example is the little cellar in the Tochigi zone.
During five generations, the Kono family has dedicated their efforts to the production of a very characteristic sake from this zone, with the Yamada Nishiki rice and the old Kimoto tecnique.
Nowadays, the representative from this family and actual president, is graduated by the Tokyo University and by the Matsuhita Institute, apart from travelling repeatedly abroad. Tasting this sake is sinonimous of tradition. With a polished grade of 55% and an alcoholic graduation of 15%. Elegant vegetal character with lychee notes, fern and pineapple. Dry with a magnific dimension, scented and clear, with a salted nuance.
Suitable with all the japanese gastronomy but also with seafood, grilled or baked fish or smooth foods.
