ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We are facing a gin of fun features designed in the heart of London, in Notting Hill.
Martin Miller's Gin is distilled in a still exclusive (which even has its own name, Angela) that was cast over 100 years ago by hand of John Dore & Co, the "Rolls Royce" of jousters of spirits. The distillation is carried out in the traditional manner, in batches, the same that is used for malt whiskey. And choosing only a small part of the heart of the distillation. In its composition, as well as berries, herbs, roots and spices, are orange, lemon peel, cinnamon, coriander and nutmeg.
The result of this distillation is sent to Iceland to mix-it with whom they regard as the purest and soft water in the world. While many of the gins dried de-mineralized water are mixed with common network, Martin Miller’s moves all the fruit of their distillation to Iceland for the mixture. They say this water that is filtered by lava glacier, becoming much purer than some bottled waters that are in the market.
This is a very soft gin, clean on the palate and with striking notes of citrus and juniper. The mouth entry is marked by a dry fruitiness full of citrus notes that together with its medium body, it fills of creamy citrus, lemon, notes of violets and drops of cucumber. Finally with a long aftertaste, fruity and delicate notes of freshly cut grass.
