Clean and bright. Color gold with greenish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.
In the nose, its characteristic aroma of the Sauvignon Blanc variety stands out. Vegetable aromas are perceived with asparagus and tomato leaf, notes of tropical fruit in Mango that are in harmony almost perfect with the imposing aromas of herbs.
Entrance in the mouth where a fresh, intense and very pleasant wine is presented. With a persistence of excellent tropical fruits, accompanied by a slight sensation of creaminess and unctuousness brought about by its brief aging with the lies.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
