Clean and bright. Color gold with greenish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

In the nose, its characteristic aroma of the Sauvignon Blanc variety stands out. Vegetable aromas are perceived with asparagus and tomato leaf, notes of tropical fruit in Mango that are in harmony almost perfect with the imposing aromas of herbs.

TASTE:

Entrance in the mouth where a fresh, intense and very pleasant wine is presented. With a persistence of excellent tropical fruits, accompanied by a slight sensation of creaminess and unctuousness brought about by its brief aging with the lies.

Its aromatic strength and lightweight body makes it the perfect companion for cheeses, snacks, pastas and fish with a light bake.

Habla de Ti is a monovarietal of Sauvignon Blanc of V.T Extremadura and elaborated by Bodegas Habla. The grapes grow on six hectares of young vineyards located at some 450 meters of altitude, treated by conduction in shingle and sandy soil. Of the climate of the zone it is necessary to emphasize the accentuated thermal variation between the day and the night. After grapes, the grapes are transported quickly to the cellar, where they ferment for two months in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 9-10 °. Finally, he rests in the same deposits on his own lies for a maximum of 5 months. Bodegas Habla intends to pay homage, with his name to Michelangelo; architect, sculptor and Italian Renaissance painter. They say that when he saw finished his work "Moses", after giving him a blow with the mace, he said: "SPEAK!". So perfect it looked like it was real.
