Handcraft Ale-type beer, top fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized, elegant red coloured and slightly pink foam. Very aromatic with clearly floral notes from elderberry, hibiscus and calendula, when the foam’s open we can notice aromas of fresh fruit like peach and pink grapefruit. With a subtle carbonation, this beer has a light textured but a very persistent flavour in the mouth, maintaining a careful balance between acidity, sweet and bitter. Very versatile, goes well with cheese salad, pasta, fish and white meats. For its floral composition, becomes a perfect pairing with Japanese cuisine, especially sushi and sashimi. The composition of flowers, give this beer appetizing properties, digestive and refreshing, with the addition of oats and barley, this beer is highly beneficial to health.
