AROMA:

Intense, aromatic herbs such as fennel and spices such as licorice on a balsamic background, which make it very pleasant.

TASTE:

Persistent, notes of woods such as cinnamon and nutmeg and spices, slight bitterness, orange peel. Long in the mouth.

We recommend that it be served cold, between 4º and 6º. lt can be accompanied by all kinds of pickles, crisps, cockles, stuffedolives ... it's ideal for cocktails, mixed with whisky, reserve rum and vodkas.

VERMOUTH OLAVE RED Olave Rojo is a black vermouth with barrel aging and bottle aging. It is made by Celler Sort del Castell in El Morell, Tarragona. An excellent aperitif that despite having a short life has already been awarded several times, as the most representative examples; he won the silver medal at the 2015 Vinari awards and has achieved 90 points in the 2016 Peñín guide. Olave Rojo uses the traditional method of making vermouth, macerating eighty flavorings for more than two months before passing through oak barrels that lasts approximately three months.
