Colour

Pale yellow in color with greenish flashes. Balanced anatomy, great crystallinity and sparkling shine.

AROMA:

Its evolution on the nose is more than evident. High intensity and marked varietal character, with mineral touches. We highlight the very fresh citrus and herbaceous notes provided by the Herbón pepper, wrapped in elegant aromas of old-fashioned apothecary bathed in white flowers.

TASTE:

The palate is balanced, structured and very fresh. With a well-defined volume and powerful acidity, as well as pleasant softness. Long-haul, highlighting a broad and elegant aftertaste of spicy candy. Of great complexity and a multitude of nuances.

Vermuteria de Galicia St. Petroni made following a meticulous selection of Albariño grapes, from the Rosalianos vineyards of Pazo Arretén (Winery with D.O Rias Baixas, sub-area of ​​Ulla Padrón), which gives it the singularity of being unique in the world.
The Ulla sub-area, and especially the Padrón Valley, give the Albariño grown in this land exclusive acidity characteristics that make St. Petroni a genuine and inimitable product. In its careful preparation, the best Albariña grape is selected, which is vinified on its own lees (The lees are fermentation yeasts that are still present in the wine base, acting like grannies, cooking slowly, which gives structure to the previous wine base. to the mixture with the macerate of pure autochthonous and selected botanical alcohols)

Pure alcohols from albariño distillates are used in the maceration process.

In the case of white, we macerate with 28 plants, where we include the Herbón pepper with D.O.P, and which will be in charge of giving our St. Petroni Branco herbaceous green nuances.

Once we have the Albariño aged on its lees with a lot of structure and freshness, we mix it with the alcohol maceration and we obtain ST. PETRONI, THE MOST DIFFERENTIATED VERMU ON THE MARKET.

Thanks to the dedication and care to which all the St.Petroni elaboration processes are subjected, an exclusive vermouth is obtained, where freshness is its identity and balance its essence.
