Clean, clear and bright. Pale yellow with greenish reflections, a good cover letter that denotes youth, being very pleasing to the eye.
The nose is a perfect combination of the three varieties that make the blend. The notes of bear fruit (peach and nectarine) are presented along with those of white fruit, in which the pear and melon stand out, contributed by the high percentage of Chardonnay. In the background, but just as expressive we find the citrus notes of the Albarinyo, which with an intoxicating synergy are balanced by the aromas of the white flowers worthy of the imposing Xarel.lo.
The mouth is fresh and captivating. It is perceived as a wine of extraordinary youth and vivacity, with a very good structure and a creaminess obtained in part by the same bone fruit presented on the nose. With a fresh, citrus and persistent finish.
