Colour

Pale yellow, greenish tones, some reflection bright straw.

AROMA:

Intense and complex aromas of ripe pineapple, dried apricots, candied fruit.

TASTE:

Very cool, slightly greasy, tasty, traces of tropical fruits and citrus, custard apple, fresh peach. Long finish.

Ideal with fish such as monkfish or grilled sole. Shellfish and crustaceans can also be very good combination. With smokeds, the final acidity of the wine balances the fat shades of salmon.
