TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with golden reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose is the Godello in its fullest expressiveness. Notes of white fruit along with aromas of stone fruit and subtle hints of herbs and minerals.

TASTE:

Strong but very fresh on the palate, with a very lively acidity. Passage by mouth with structure and unctuousness.

MATCHING
Its acidity and unctuousness make it the perfect companion to accompany grilled fish, seafood (shrimp, cockles, crayfish, etc.), fruit salads, anchovies, vegetables of different preparations and cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Laberinto de Cidonia Godello is a Galician white wine from the small Monterrei Designation of Origin in southeastern Galicia. Here, the Godello variety, as in Valdeorras or neighboring Bierzo, is the true queen of white varieties, although it is sometimes accompanied by others such as Treixadura, Doña Blanca, etc.

Hand-harvested from selected Godello plots, the wine is placed in small 15-kg boxes. Light pressing and low-temperature fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine remains in contact with its fine fermentation lees for three to four months. It is clarified and cold-stabilized before bottling.
