Very intense, markedly sweet. Fruit: white fruit, background with a slight herbal and vegetable aroma.
TASTE:
Good balance, friendly step. Freshness given by the acidity, light bitter touch at the end. Medium finish, very fruity.
MATCHING
Ideal with fresh, vegetarian cuisine, light dishes, creams of vegetables or seafood, grilled fish and even white meats, marinated or with light sauces ( chicken in cheese sauce, rabbit in almond sauce ). Stewed, baked or mashed potatoes. It combines very well with most of the fish, seafood and vegetables. Fondue, goat cheese or roquefort. Pasta with basil, bechamel, cheese.
