AROMA:

On the nose, it displays intense aromas of dried fruits, almonds and aromatic herbs, followed by sweet notes of honey and autumn fruits.

TASTE:

The palate is lively, long-lasting, complex, with many nuances, deep, mineral and has a salty touch.

Due to its characteristics, it is a wine with structure, strength and taste. Ideal with dishes such as traditional stews of La Rioja, fantastic with cheeses. White meats also harmonize very well with this wine. Of course rice dishes, paellas make a good taste assembly

Baron de Ley
It is a Spanish vineyard and wine company founded in 1985 in the autonomous community of Navarra, in the area of ​​this community belonging to the DOC de Vino de Rioja.
The company's headquarters are located in a 16th-century Benedictine monastery in the municipality of Mendavia, next to the Ebro river. The first bottles appeared on the market in 1990.

Elaboration:
Made from Viura, Malvasía and Garnacha Blanca grapes from vineyards located in the Najerilla Valley.
Aging: The elaboration of each variety was done separately and the final "coupage" aged in American oak for 12 months. Subsequently it remains in the bottle for at least 1 more year.
