TASTING NOTE
Colour

Intense yellow, amber reflections. Well integrated bubble.

AROMA:

Medium aromatic power. We discover notes of white fruit, apple, pear and memories of dry fruits.

TASTE:

Balanced, dry, fresh. Noticeable passage across the palate where white fruit returns. Pleasant end.

MATCHING
Ideal as aperitif and desserts. We suggest for all kind of rice and pasta, fish stews and grilled meat.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
In 1930 Antoni Capdevila Can i Pujol acquires the property,in the term of Teia (Barcelona). They got the first bottles in 1940 following the traditional method. Due to the success of the company, decided to move to San Sadurní, and in 1955 they inaugurated the Cava Blancher in honor of the wife of Antonio, Teresa Blanch Solariums. Today, after three generations they have the same philosophy,to control the product from the vineyard to ensure quality.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
