TASTING NOTE
Colour

It comes clean and bright with pale strawberry-colored highlights.

AROMA:

Complex aromas with hints of strawberry and raspberry, with a background of purple flower.

TASTE:

Stresses the mouth velvety soft, with fruity notes that are held throughout the taste and aftertaste. Aftertaste of red fruits.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Currently Sumarroca has 464.8 ha that allow you to hold 100% of the grapes needed for the production of wines and champagnes. Thus, the wineries are able to control the entire production chain, from growing and harvesting to fermentation, the blending, filtering and bottling. At every stage we apply the most appropriate criteria for continuous improvement of quality.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
