TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with ruby highlights, where it has a medium layer intensity. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

The nose is the clear representation of the Pinot Noir. The first contact with the glass arises the aromas of red and black fruit such as raspberries, currants and black cherries, which manage to balance with the hints of toasted nuts and spices, where black pepper and cloves stand out.

TASTE:

Very pleasant entry into the mouth, where strong and well balanced tannins surround you from the first contact. Long, elegant and complex finish.

MATCHING
Chicken flavored with herbs, Camembert and Brie cheeses, complex salads, certainly fatty fish, and lean meats with light elaborations.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Donaldson family makes their wines at this Waipara Winery on the South Island of New Zealand. The winery managed to select some vineyards where the location and diversity of soils play a key role in their obsession with wines of varied characteristics. The name Main Divide is the name of the mountain range that acts as the backbone of the southern island of New Zealand. The Pinot Noir with which this wine is made was harvested in April, when autumn has already begun in the southern hemisphere.
