TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections. It has a medium-high layer intensity. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Nose entry where expressiveness is present in all its aspects. Fruit aromas along with spices and herbs will develop in a perfect balance.

TASTE:

Passage by mouth with an indisputable elegance and purity. The balance is once again the undisputed protagonist, where present, structured and well-harmonized tannins will lead to a wide, long and persistent fresh finish.

MATCHING
Good gastronomic versatility, but to start we will rely on local pairing. Where the famous "cocido madrileño", leg and tripe, chickpeas with cod, scrambled eggs with Iberian ham shavings and all kinds of meat with all kinds of cooking will be the ideal companions.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Viña Bonita is a plot located in the upper part of the mountain, hovering around 700 meters of altitude, with a granite somewhat more compacted than that of the other vineyards in the area, where growers usually feel the bedrock and where the age of the vineyard He is around 80 years old. It has an area of 2.8 hectares and a plantation density of 2,200 vines per hectare.
