Cherry-colored wine, medium-bodied and with a violet rim.
On the nose, aromas of fresh red fruits and flowers predominate, giving way to slightly spicy notes.
On the palate it is silky with a good mid-palate. Easy to drink and with a fresh and clean finish typical of wines from this vintage.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
