WHO CAN CONTRACT
The unmistakable aroma and flavour of Sherry Vinegar Gran Reserva Majuelo stems from a rigorous selection of Sherries and ageing for years in American oak casks.
From a colour very similar to vinegar reserve, but with 10 years of barrel, has a natural colour of oxidative aging, bright amber colour clean. The aromas of glue are more present, clear memories to smells of old wines of Jerez, notes of clove, pepper, cocoa, nuts, balsamic wines, a variety of shades. In the mouth has a noble entrance "opera" but not aggressive, like an old wine in Jerez, round, full flavours of nature difficult to separate, with a very long aftertaste. The next day the glass is empty nose with notes, even empower Old Wines from Jerez in all its nuances.
