TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Soft salmon color with grayish hues, which over time may evolve to more orange hues. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

The nose offers a good range of aromas where the floral touches are the main protagonists. It dominates like good queen of the flowers that is the touches of rose. Followed by notes of red fruit (gooseberry) and citrus (grapefruit). Very cool finish.

TASTE:

On the palate with a very good sense of freshness, the aromatic weight is felt on the palate, which helps to develop a harmonious balance with a long fresh finish.

MATCHING
Perfect to accompany lightly spicy dishes, salads and seafood.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Cote des Roses celebrates the Mediterranean lifestyle. The Languedoc denomination extends along the Mediterranean coast, from the border with Spain to Nîmes, based on the foothills of the Black Mountain and the Cevenas. The soil is very varied and consists mainly of hard limestone from the garrigas, schistose soils and gravels contributed by the Languedoc rivers. The climate, warm and windy ("semi-arid Mediterranean climate of mild winter variant") favors the ripening of the grapes and their good sanitary status, while preserving freshness thanks to the altitude and the influence of the sea, which softens the high summer temperatures. It is presented in an unpublished bottle with a rose-shaped background, created by a young designer of the Ecole Boulle. It is a wine to give away ... like a bouquet of roses!
