Colour

Deep intense black cherry colour with violet rims.

AROMA:

Very complex spicy nose with strong backbone and hints of leather and toast cigar accent.

TASTE:

Ripe fruit blackberries flavours, powerful tannins and rich in alcohol, adding gamy, earthy notes to the ripe crushed berries. Concentrated and well balanced, and a long fruity finish.

MATCHING
Ideal to combine with oxtail or beef with foie chinstraps.
