Colour

Clean, limpid and bright. Transparent straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Entry into the nose with an immediate presence of minerals, afumats and where ripe fruit predominates in all its maximum splendor. And with aromatic memories spiced and herbs, which include thyme, fennel and laurel.

TASTE:

In the mouth, it stands out because of its large volume, with a degree of unctuousness that makes it very pleasant. With a long and fresh taste post. It is characterized by its elegance and personality.

Elaborated with Verdeja, the Mission comes from centenary vines planted on farms with mainly sandy soils. The 'Verdeja' presents a distinctive morphological features, the grapes are smaller, the clusters more oval and is more resistant to diseases such as botrytis, for presenting a thick skin. The aromas are the expression of the authentic Verdejo, they present a greater rusticity, but also greater authenticity. The analytical parameters reveal higher acidities and more concentrated grapes.  The wine has just fermented and is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters; part in vats and part in vats of different capacities elaborated with a percentage of the clay coming from the own farms of Menade.
