Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Nose with a lot of aromatic expressiveness, where its fragrant notes of white fruit and herbs are strongly manifested, followed by small mineral brushstrokes that give it an unparalleled freshness.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is extremely fresh and with a liveliness it does not leave you indifferent. Easy and pleasant step with a bright acidity that invites you to repeat.

Ideal with all kinds of dishes, from risottos to not very elaborate white meats, salads where cheese is the protagonist and baked white fish.

Le temps fait tout Blanc is a white wine on natural, ecological and vegan lees made by Remi Poujol with the Clairette and Ugni Blanc varieties in the French area of Languedoc.
We are faced with a young winemaker committed to making natural wines, a true artisan winemaker who works with the two horses on the 10 hectares he has in Vallée de l'Herault. Old vines of autochthonous varieties to obtain healthy and high quality grapes to be able to vinify it with the minimum intervention.

0.5 hectares of old vineyards planted with volcanic soil with a large contribution of clay-limestone and silica. A vineyard that has been ecological since 2002 and in which organic and biodynamic treatments are constantly applied. The harvest is completely manual with selection in the same vineyard.

Remi Poujol is one of the most prestigious winemakers in the area, with his white wine Le Temps Fait Tout Blanc stands out from the clichéd wines of Languedoc - Roussillon.
