Colour

Clean and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is expressed with a very accentuated intensity. Aromas of fruit (peach, apple, pear) and small sparkles of tropical fruit, where the fruit of the passion and lychee stand out.

TASTE:

Mouth with all the personality that characterizes the chardonnay. Gluttonous and silky, and where, the fruit is once again the undisputed protagonist. Long and persistent finish.

Perfect companion for pasta dishes with meat, smoked salmon, cod, soft cheeses and oysters.

Carles Mora and Montse Mora, partners and friends, are the visible leaders of the Clot de les Soleres project. On the land where their vineyards now grow, wine had been made until the late 1970s. Then the story unfortunately changed for many producers in the area, wine was stopped and grapes began to be sold in the big cava houses. In 2001, the old tradition of making own wines was revived and new vineyards began to be planted. From the beginnings of Clot de les Soleres, all their wines have been made following the methods we know today as "natural", without addition or unnecessary interventions, they are themselves, Carles and Montse in charge of the must of the grapes is transformed into wine in the most spontaneous way possible. They look for honest and affordable wines, feel like farmers and defend their profession with passion and pride. These are Clot de les Soleres wines that are reminiscent of the old ones, strong and at the same time clear and expressive.
