Clean, limpid and bright. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles. Very pleasing to the eye.
On the nose it presents with the naturalness that characterizes it. With clean and intense aromas, where the fresh notes of white fruits, such as apples, grapes and citrus notes, together with the fermentation aromas of pastries and almonds close the aromatic catalog.
In the mouth it is harmonious and appetizing, where the balance takes over from the first second. Complex, delicate and with a long structure. End of freshness marked by intense fruit aromas.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
