From Grau Online your store of wines and spirits we want to discuss the most essential points to choose the best wine for a meal.

When choosing which wine is suitable to accompany each meal, the options are usually chosen for white wine for fish and seafood (although the sparkling wine here also plays its role) and red wine for meat (depending on the meat, one rosé). However, as connoisseurs and wine lovers, it must be taken into account that each meal (just like each wine) has a specific identity that requires one or the other complement. You should follow certain tips to choose a wine: such as temperature, acclimation time, how to keep it in proper refreshment if it requires it or the perfect maturation time of a bottle, to taste as it deserves a dish or a recipe in particular should be ensured, because the whole set is in harmony to be able to obtain the maximum enjoyment of each of the pleasures.
With this purpose and encouraging all wine lovers to take time for the decision, the first thing is to have a good catalog for any of the possibilities: a good option to understand and know in depth the assortment with which it is counted is to research an online wine store.

Before you buy wine online

First, the type of meat to be tasted. There are many nuances between the different pieces, so many that it has nothing to do (of course) the pork with the veal or the bush meat. Therefore, first of all, the taste and bouquet of our wine must accompany the character of the meat in question. Therefore, before buying wine online thinking that any red wine is good, you have to take into account some premises.
Secondly, it is important to look at or contemplate how the meat in question will be cooked. From Carpaccio to roast, passing through an undercooked like that of a steak tartar, all factors are important when deciding one option or another.
Pork: For the pork in general, the Pinot Noir is presented as a very wise choice. Light in body, but with an acidity that gives it a touch of character and softness, serving it between 13º and 16º makes it, surely, right. The “Ardhuy Bourgogne”, “Gramona Pinot Noir”, “Bassus” or “Castillo Monjardín” is excellent choices. Perhaps because of its ecological character, “Espelt Solivent” with its three varieties is the best option, since it will bring a new touch of freshness, naturalness and originality to the food. It is also an excellent choice for grilled meats.

Veal Meat: Of all the options, special emphasis should be placed on the “Bosque de Matasnos” wine. With a more than remarkable (and deserved) 94 score in the Peñín Guide, the vintage of 2012 is shown as a real portent in suggesting nuances and experiences. It is a red wine breeding with unmistakable nuances that will make it among the favorites of those who like to appreciate a wine with personality.
For example, a Carpaccio is best accompanied with Merlot grape: “Abadal 5” is perhaps the most recommended option for quality-price, although wines like “Aia Negre” or “Raimat Merlot” are highly recommended.
For the case of the veal, the Merlot grape also accompanies the grilled meats.

For roasts in general, the best is Cabernet Sauvignon, since it accompanies with its excellence the concentrate of any meat after its baking. For example, the “Rigau Ros Gran Reserva Cabernet Saugvinon”, “Habla nº 13” or the “Catena Alta” are a sure hit.

For a juicy preparation and almost intact in the essence of the meat, it is better a rosé wine that helps the dish to maintain as much as possible its identity. The rosé wine, in this sense, offers the guarantee of accompanying without interfering in the taste of a meat as exquisite as the one served with steak tartar. In the case of Carpaccio, the meat is so fine that, in fact, it requires an accompaniment in the mouth much more full that helps to enhance its character along with that which gives a strong wine. This is the case of steak tartar, its fineness consists precisely in the “sobriety”, in the touch and sweet taste of the meat that does not require altering it too much with the broth that accompanies it.
If for the case of the calf we have a soft preparation (stew, thin fillet and accompanied with vegetables without many sauces) a good option is also a white wine of half body like the Chardonnay. “Espelt Chardonnay”, “Castillo de Molina” or the “Augustus Chardonnay” are excellent options.

Chicken: It goes well with young and preferably white wines.

Turkey: for the turkey we recommend a white “Abadal” from Picapoll grape.

Lamb: In many cases the taste of this animal depends on its age. From a softer flavor when it is young to a much more intense flavor when it is adult, the question of his age is an essential aspect in the choice of what came with him. For a young specimen, the Shiraz grape is shown as an optimal choice. “Enate Shyraz” or “Marqués de Griñón Syrah” are safe options. On the contrary, if the specimen is more adult, a wine of the grape Cabernet Sauvignon: “Mas la Plana” or a “Frontera Cabernet“.

Duck: for a meat more forceful among birds, as is the duck, a wine with character for example Cabernet Sauvignon grape is a perfect choice. In this case it is recommended again the “Catena Alta” to combine well with a fatty meat like the one of this bird.

These premises can be of help in selecting the best wines and spirits online to accompany a good dish.

Wine, as it happens in the case of many meals, does not taste equal to far from its place of origin. This statement, despite having some truth, is not entirely true. It is true that there are few things better than taking an Albariño in Galicia, and if accompanied by a portion of octopus or good barnacles, much better. But it is always a good idea to take as a reminder a part of the place where you have spent a few days of vacation, for example, and what better example than a bottle of wine from that region to remember.

The wine speaks without being able to avoid it. With its aroma and flavor, it tells details of the place where it was born. For all this, and for many other reasons, more and more are betting on traveling with a good wine in the suitcase but you can always buy wine online or also buy liquors online.

In addition, many times during a trip, you hear recommendations about a particular wine, but it is likely that you have not given time to try it. Therefore, the online sale of wine is also a good decision if you do not want to pass up the opportunity to try a good wine.

Advantages of buying wine online

If you opt for the latter, you will avoid many setbacks, such as breaking the bottle during the trip, a fact that will cause an unpleasant surprise when you get home. It is for all this that betting on an online wine shop ensures that the acquisition will arrive at the requested address in optimum conditions, while having access to an enormous amount of wine online to the point that it will be difficult to opt for one in particular .

If you are a true lover of wines, wine will always be part of any menu, improvised or not. However, there is always a specific wine that you want to have available in the winery, one that cannot be easily accessed because it is not sold in the nearest establishment or because it comes from a small winery, to put another example. The greatest desire of any wine lover is to taste the better wines, and to be proud to have them at home as well as being able to turn to them at a special time.

Measures to take into account when wine should go on a trip

In the first place, it must be kept in mind that the wine is contained in bottles, which are made of glass. Therefore, fragility is the first premise to take into account when transporting a wine.

On the other hand, the wines have a great sensitivity to the high temperatures and the changes in the thermometer, while they also notice both vibration and light. Due to these circumstances, it is good advice to be transported wrapped in some sturdy packaging material and do not give them light directly.

In addition, wines should be placed vertically, and once they are in the place they have traveled, it is advisable to wait two days to open and drink it, while if we speak of aged or very delicate wines, we will have to wait even two weeks to uncork them.

In this sense, it must be taken into account that the wine is alive and, like people, also suffers jet-lag, which increases if it has made a long journey. White wines and some sparkling wines are always more sensitive in this regard.

Buy wine online, the best option so that it arrives perfect

All the recommendations that have been given previously should not be taken into account if we buy our wines through the Internet, since the stores specializing in the sale of online wines are very aware that they must take all necessary measures so that the wine finishes in the home of the buyer in optimal conditions. In this way, all kinds of complications will be avoided.

For example, if the displacement occurs by plane, the first disadvantage will be that not all airlines have the same standards in the transport of wines and the quantities that are allowed.

In addition, it will be necessary to make sure that the bottle is well wrapped, since it is very probable that the suitcase is opened, thinking that it is the most suitable place for the wine to travel, and that it is discovered that it has broken, with the consequent discomfort that this brings.

On the other hand, nowadays exist covers for the wines thanks to which each bottle can travel of individual way. They are cushioned, but it must be kept in mind that they will probably not be accepted as carry-on luggage if you travel by plane.

One also has to think about whether it is really appropriate that the weight of the suitcase is mainly taken by one of the bottles of wine that one wishes to transport. It should be kept in mind that one bottle weighs, usually 1,100 kilograms.

In many cases you will have to pay for excess baggage, especially if you are traveling in a plane of a low cost company, which does not usually include heavy luggage within the price. In this regard, it will also be taken into account that it is sometimes preferable to pay for that excess baggage than to send the bottles to the desired destination with a private transport company, because it is very likely to be more expensive than the bottle itself or bottles of wine.

In fact that the trip is by car, or the trip must be done by bus, safety measures must be taken in the same way, if it is intended to enjoy the precious wines that have been purchased, whether they are want to consume alone as if they prefer the option of sharing them with family or friends. In fact, wine is one of the best possible gifts and is ideal as a souvenir of any trip.

As wine lovers know, its tasting consists of different stages, which are, in fact, make it an indisputable protagonist of the most special moments, from a dinner with someone loved to a driver element in a space and time for the meeting. Wine is, after all, the liquid with which the closeness is expressed and, among all the stages in which it shows its personality and identity, that of serving and opening the bottle are just as fundamental as the choice of a broth or other. In fact, respecting and contributing to develop all the powers that a winemaker or palate expect from a wine, help achieve its own state in which it reflects all the dedication it contains, is a fundamental stage of its tasting.

That’s why, Grau Online, your online wine shop provides some tips for the opening and serving times of the bottle. First of all, it is important to remember that, in the first step (the choice of a good wine), it is essential to have the help of an oenologist who maximizes the search and is able to correctly profile the preference between one Range as wide and varied as possible. For this purpose, as a wine and liquor store we try to satisfy all tastes and demands.

Serving wine, a process

In the first place, when it comes to serving the wine, a crucial aspect must be taken into account: the temperature. One of the most determining factors when modifying or respecting the bouquet of a wine is its temperature. Nothing will ever be stressed enough on such a crucial criterion to accompany the character of one wine or another or spoil it. In this sense, it is convenient to follow some of the tables that circulate about the ideal temperature of the wines.

Nowadays, there are thermometers that can help in this task, although, as a general guideline, it emphasizes the well-known rule that white wine is served colder than red. When opening the bottle, the corkscrew carries a small blade (usually sharp) to be applied over the capsule surrounding the neck of the bottle. It is necessary to pass the denominated cutting edge (cut capsules) around the whole neck until cutting the whole protective capsule.

Next phase

After removing this protector, apply a gentle cleaning throughout the area, preferably with a dry cloth. The spiral of the corkscrew (the corkscrew) will be firmly but surely inserted from the center of the cork and towards the bottom, in the straightest possible direction. With this intention, most corkscrews already have auxiliary guides that surround the piece. You will never get to the bottom with the corkscrew, that is, you will never cross the cork at all, as this would cause impurities to fall to the liquid.

It should be remembered that, throughout the process, the bottle must be kept vertical and supported on a flat and firm surface. Likewise, it is necessary to avoid beating it against the surface by mistake or lack of care, as this will cause the liquid to suffer and the pressure of the air that contains the cork, which is not of interest, if it is subsequently extracted.

It is very important, in turn, to ascertain the condition of the cork previously by sight, touch and smell. A cork in bad condition can give indications about the state of the wine or, in the worst case, spoil it by disintegrating some of its veins and falling into the liquid. Equally, make sure you do not break it so you do not have to push and finish a disaster.

The cork will be extracted making the arms of the utensil raise or leverage, failing, depending on the model being used and without moving much the bottle or move it.

In the case of sparkling wines, after undoing the wires knotted around the capsule, with the same hand (wrapped in a glove, if you like) will extract the cork leaving it fired or not, depending on the occasion and effusion of the moment . Then you will hear that suggestive sound that gives the signal that a great moment has just begun.
It is a good time to check, by the smell of the cork, that, in effect, the wine maintains all its qualities. In this sense, buying wine online is revealed as an excellent way to guarantee the fidelity and quality of the product.
It’s time to serve and that’s when the classic disjunction between bottle and decanter.

The decanter can help to remove any possible cork or impurities, as well as rejuvenate the wine through its aeration. This aspect adds value to the liquid, which is more oxygenated and can transmit more aromas and nuances. Therefore, it is often said that the decanting favors the old wines, although it can also be said that the same thing happens with some younger wines. At the time of serving is to do it clockwise (that is to say, to the right) and start with the ladies.

Final Process

You should have tried the wine before to check its optimal conditions. Most bottles have a cavity at the bottom that makes it easier to fasten and eliminates the risk of it exploding by an imbalance of liquid pressure on the continent. By inserting the index into this hollow, the wine should be served slowly over the center of the glass. Approximately one third of the glass is a correct quantity, although this measure varies in the case of sparkling wines, in which the behavior of the bubbles is an aspect to be observed. A wrist twist at the last moment will help pick up the wine, which otherwise would rush uncontrollably by the difference in air pressure and fluid, although the bursting with that counts under your mouth will help in this regard.

That’s why, because we like the wine and the stories that hide behind it, from Grau Online, your online wine shop for a moment we want to leave aside our condition as a wine and liquor store to invite you to know the oldest wines from the world at our hand, from the hand of those who direct your favorite place on the net to buy drinks online.

The wine that tasted Lecrerc

In 1944, and after liberating the city of Strasbourg from the Nazis, General Phillippe Lecrerc was invited to taste a special white wine like few. It was considered the oldest wine in the world and can still be tasted. According to its conservatives,- it is in the “Cave Historique des Hospices Civils” of that Alsatian city-, dates from the year 1472. They keep it in a 300-liter egg-shaped barrel that was released in 2015. Before, and for four months, had been preserved in a stainless steel tube that served as temporary relief to the old barrel – also in the shape of an egg – that kept the wine from 1718 until 2014. They changed it because the old eighteenth-century vat presented cracks that caused losses of up to three liters per year of the valuable broth. Before General Lecrerc’s displeasure, the wine had been tasted twice more: one in 1576 and the signing of a cooperation agreement between the cities Strasbourg and Zurich, and another in 1718, just after laying the foundation stone of the Hospital Civil of Strasbourg. It is a dry white wine that currently reaches 9’4º, retains aromas of wood and vanilla and has a pH of 2.21 which makes it as acidic as vinegar. Each year 1% of the contents of the barrel is evaporated by evaporation, but conservatives replace evaporated with dry white.

Pedro Ximénez from before “La Gloriosa”

In 1868 Isabel II left Spain after the revolution called “Gloriosa” and it is certain that many of those who participated in that episode celebrated it or drowned sorrows – by that time, and as now, Spain was a country in the opposite political sensibilities coexisted – with a glass of good Jerez. Perhaps they did it with the Pedro Ximénez “Gran Orden 1860”, a sweet wine of 18º whose “Solera” was created just eight years before the September Revolution by Jose Garvey, since already at that time was commercialized. The wine in question has come to this day thanks to the particular system of harvest and vintage, a genius of oenological art that consists of storing the wine in vats placed in three heights from which from time to time a percentage of its content is removed to fill others. Of those located close to the ground – from that of vintage – is periodically extracted a quarter of the content for consumption and what is missing is filled with wine from the central row or first harvest. The barrels of this row are filled with wine from the upper row, which is filled with new wine. Thanks to this system, wines like the Gran Orden 1860 still come to our tables and we can taste it, as the parents of our great-great grandparents did.

From Alicante to Girona through the sea floor

“Fondillón” in the province of Alicante is a living monument. It is obtained by overmating the classic “monastrell” grape from the area and is made, like the sweet wines of Jerez, with harvest and vintage, but the defenders of the Levantine wine explain that nothing has to envy its Andalusian peers. Today, Fondillón is sold by wineries such as “Bocopa”, “Primitivo Quiles”, “Las Virtudes”, “Culebrón”,” Santa Catalina”, “Vinos Algueña” or “Bodegas Alejandro”; but the oldest “Fondillón” that have news was exposed in Girona in 2014. It is an original bottle of 1813 located in the wreck of an English ship that sank off the Delta del Ebro. The remains were located in 2008 by fishermen of the area and everything recovered – including the bottle of “Fondillón”, which was supposed to be part of the private winery of the captain of the sunken ship – was exhibited in Girona within the sample Deltebre I: The History of a Shipwreck. The bottle is supposed to have been acquired in Alicante, where the ship stopped before sinking in Tarragona. The experts who have analyzed the wine concluded that it was a “Fondillón”, wine very much like the British naval officer of the time.

Jerez and malvasía of XIX

From the “Marco de Jerez” comes “Maestro Sierra 1830”, an amontillado wine that is elaborated with system of “criaderas y soleras” from 1830 with palomino must. The special thing about “Maestro Sierra 1830” is that it is made using 2,000 liters barrels instead of 500, which allows a special oxidation that makes this wine unique. But since everything is not in Jerez, the lover of the old wines must also travel to the wineries “El Grifo”, which have been operating since 1775 in Lanzarote and have preserved three barrels of 800 liters full of sweet mahogany “malvasía” original from 1881 which, although not is marketed, comes out of the cellar in small bottles – the barrels are filled according to a system similar to that of “criaderas y soleras”- of which a chosen few can enjoy.

The oldest bottle in the world

However, the wine that is supposed to be the oldest in the world is not one of the previous ones, since in Speyer (Germany) a white glass bottle sealed with wax of 1,650 years that is located in the tomb of a noble roman. It contains a white liquid – vinegar probably already – which is suspected to be already poisonous. It was analyzed by chemists of the II Reich during the First World War.

If white wine is chosen, should be consumed in a relatively short period of time, another issue is whether red wine is chosen, as in this case, there are wines that last longer and others lasting less and know them apart can make the difference between a pleasure or a nightmare.

Not all wines are the same, because not all grapes are the same. This seems obvious to popular wisdom sometimes it is not so, as this believes that all wines improve with time. In fact, there are several factors that influence the ability of a stock to be kept more or less time.

Grapes, wine base, if they are light in color result in white wines, to be consumed in short periods, although aged ones support longer times. The darker grapes result, similar to white at the time of maturation and on the other hand to red, which in Reserva and Criança wines can be kept several years and improve its bouquet considerably.

Two of the most common techniques ripening of the grapes are the pre-fermentation maceration in cold and warm, having demonstrated the first (in some studies) that provides more flavor to the final product. The most used is cold, because the cost is lower and avoids oxidations. The truth is that in most wineries in the back label, and indicate the type of grape, maceration, the recommended maximum durability and so on. Still, doubts arise, it is best to ask at the store of wines and spirits.

The characteristics of the wine, the tannins

Before starting the characteristics of wine, must take into account some important factors for its conservation. The temperature must be right and this depends on the wine in question, for example, young white and rosé wine can vary between 7 and 10 degrees, rising to 16 ° or 18 ° for red reserve. It is also important to keep it in a dry place where many vibrations will not occur in the environment. In our online wine shop we explain this in detail.

In wine aging, we will have three variables that affect the wines and make its main features: firstly acidity, alcohol and other tannins. The tannins are essential for maceration. In fact, the white wine by its manufacturing process, lacks this component and therefore must be consumed in short periods of time. Usually 1 to 3 years maximum. With the exception aged wines, allowing longer times.

Tannins are achieved by mixing the wine with their own skins and seeds, so that acquires this substance that allows aging, contributing taste and aroma to the final product. Different varieties of white, red and rosé wine are obtained with maceration techniques, as discussed later in this article. As stated by Manuel Ruiz, depending on the type of grape and wine, and will improve with time or not. This happens, as we mentioned earlier, the way to ferment and macerate in about done with your own skin and allows the tannin appears and other does not.

Thus, white and rosé wines and red young wines of the year, which have no maturity, fermentation only and must be consumed soon; on the other hand, the white and red wines aged or barrel-fermented, which allowed longer periods of storage.

The red wine can be saved for many years as the “Reserva” or “Gran Reserva” wines.

If a wine is stored to much longer, these can produce a change on it and in other cases; the wine can turn sour and oxidized. So when you opt for the online sale of wine or if we opted for specialty shops, it is good asking for advice. Some situations that may occur, shows us Alicante Tasting School on its website website and are presented below:

– Oxidized wine: occurs when the wine to turn sour excess acetic acid, in many cases it is caused by excessive drying in the cellar and can be solved with humidifiers.

– Cork has Odor: cork smelly, mold, is because bacteria accumulate in its fissures and does not depend on the quality of the cap. At the end you have to discard the wine, as it is a defect that has no solution.

– Crystals in the bottom of the bottle: occurs mainly in white and is produced by the bitartrates, actually it does not affect product quality and eliminates decanting well.

- Excess of wood: The wine loses smell and has an unpleasant sour taste. A good barrel, with quality material, allows this problem is not present in the wines.

– Sulfur: it occurs when using sulfur in their development, so that the wine smells like when you light a match. This problem is solved with a good aeration.

- Sediments: not usually affect quality, but may sour the wine a little, therefore,
recommends placing the bottle in an upright position before serving.

Throughout this article, we analyzed the wine and grape from which it comes and how this condition the conservation. Thus, not all wines improve with time. Thus, when a bottle is purchased in a specialty store, it is best to ask, but choose to buy online drinks, it is also better advice. Drink a wine should be a pleasure, not a nightmare.

Probably there are people who believe that buying wine online is better than doing it in the usual cellar. The offer is wider and one can find practically any reference, however distant their origin; or, often, prices are better and can be accessed directly and at the time of purchase, the ratings that the most reputable experts have done on a bottle in question.

In Spain, has long since online sales of wine is a business in which transactions are counted with numbers of six zeros and rare is the month in which a new wine shop and liquor is not on the network that allows buy online drinks. With all new exciting within this context, even the most seasoned connoisseur needs incontrovertible references to avoid mistakes. As always, wine magazines remain indispensable both editions on paper and online. Here a particular selection
of them. They are not all they are, but they are all that are. We detail which can be considered essential 6.

The selection of wine magazines Grau Online

Mi Vino: the editing (on paper and in its online edition) from Pozuelo de Alarcón and directs the journalist and Asturian born in Tenerife Sara Cucala. As editor, Lends a Helping Hand Ángel Caballero and tastings coordinator is Antonio Candelas. “Mi vino” articles talk about wine, travel, gastronomy, trends are mixed and, of course, appears in each of its editions (the frequency is monthly), a selection of wines and drinks most unique that his bold team has been able to locate. Among the last thing they have published, is of particular interest your report on cider. In it, the coordinator Antonio Candelas tastings and editor Antonio Castillejo review the multiple whys that make this unique beverage into something no self-respecting gourmet should miss.

Sobremesa: another classic edition also with paper and online version, which was born in 1984 and since then has become professionalism and specialization in the hallmarks of a team that since 2007, leads the journalist Mayte Lapresta. Published 10 times a year and in each of them, presents its readers the best reports of food, consumer trends and non -how wines. Among his recent reports, it was of special interest which devoted mid-September, to Malta. A detailed and comprehensive look at how much it offers in terms of cuisine the nearby archipelago. According to its publisher, the Italian Massimo Galimberti, “Sobremesa” is ideal for anyone seeking to keep abreast of everything that happens in the world of wine and anticipate consumer trends magazine. In other words: in “Sobremesa” they tell one what wines he chanced safe and surprised to run to locate confidence in their online store.

Vivir el vino: On “Vivir el vino” also combines their online presence with a bimonthly print edition. News about the sector, interesting articles about food and territory or the application to viticulture of the most modern technology come together in each issue interviews, in which characters known to all (in September chose the television Carlos Latre) explain his relationship with wine and highlight their favorite wines. Thus they give readers clues that should often seize on the next visit to the winery or wine shop online. A Latre, so that counts, likes Grenache and treixadura. Probably his followers also please them, but if you do not know, is a good excuse to try them. In the magazine there is also a hole for humor with Tira Tempranillo. The direction of the magazine is responsible, since 2005, María Díez Nepomuceno.

Planeta vino: “Planeta vino” is another magazine of Food & Wine that is published in Madrid. Andrés Proensa directs and maintains the digital edition and on paper. The latter is published every two months.
Together tasting notes on wines that surprise and not disappoint with reports on events or activities linked to what is known as a wine culture. In September, they published a full review of the activities that different wineries based in the city of Haro Rioja organized in the now famous “Barrio de la Estación”. To read (especially if you do it with a good glass of any of the many good Riojas often recommended), it seems almost as if one moved at the same event.

Buena pluma, knowhow and solvency in another journal that is also a must for any self-respecting connoisseur. If you want to learn about wine and not make mistakes on your next purchase at the online wine shop, “Buena Pluma” is a good choice.

Malos Vinos: Top 5 journals commented wine, “Malos vinos” is the only one without
paper edition and it sure is also the most unknown, but that does not stop between 5 recommended, is certainly the most surprising. In bad wines no guidance on what to buy or how to surprise and not just speak gastronomy or wine. In “Malos vinos”, quite simply, they advise what to never buy. Just for that, for that special boldness and eagerness to tell the truth always, it should be part of this this particular selection of online magazines or paper in which wine is the protagonist. Directing “Malos vinos” is responsible José Luis Becerra and summarizes his intentions with a maximum of Goethe: life is too short to drink bad wine. This article is in line with that opinion. Therefore, it never tries to sell bad wine.

Other studies, however, claim the opposite: wine cause grow weight and a lot. This is the case study of the Report of the Global Fund for Cancer Research (WCRF). According to this study, a single glass of wine has 178 calories, the equivalent of two chocolate chip cookies. According to these scientists, it is in second place, behind the fat, the food pyramid, including foods contain more calories. The good thing is that with just a walk of 30 minutes could burn these 178 calories.

A few minutes of rest in the decanter will be sufficient so that the wine is in perfect condition. Also it decants wine to oxygenate, something equally typical of the wines of great maturity. It is possible that this process has generated some pleasant aromas, which are available ventilated out of the wine carefully. Leave it in the decanter and see how it affects the oxygen it receives with the passage of minutes will be more than enough.

Finally, we have to decant the wine to “open it”?
