AROMA:

Mineral, fresh, elegant and varietal. Herbaceous, white ripe fruit.

TASTE:

Unctuous, fleshy, good volume.

Oyster, raw fish, Mediterranean and oriental cuisine.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Fermentation in sludge amphoras of 720lt, then rest in the same place during 5 months. Wild yeast from the the vine. Amphora is a container noble and porous, allows the wine breathing and mantain a fresh and constant temperature due to the transpiration effect. Primary aromas of xarel·lo and the vine labour.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
