TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose it is sincere and direct. Good strong representation of the aromas of ripe white fruit with small hints of caramel and honey that help to add good complexity.

TASTE:

Entry in the mouth with the freshness we could expect. On the palate fresh and with a very citrus acidity that makes it really alive. Pleasant and persistent finish.

MATCHING
Ideal with Asian cuisine, fresh pasta, snacks of all kinds and sushi.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The history of the estate called Can Ferrer de la Vall in terms of wines dates back to approximately 1880, when it already had a warehouse where wine was made. The farm at that time was dedicated solely to the cultivation of the vineyard, and had only about 2 or 3 hectares of forest and 1 hectare of orchard, and in those days, between 1300 and 1800 loads of grapes had been made. But when phylloxera reached Pier in 1888, part of the land was abandoned due to major economic problems and a shortage of labor. Due to this, winemaking was gradually declining until in the late 70's early eighties, when it is decided to sell the production to the great winemakers in the area. In 2001, the old family tradition of winemaking was revived, it was from that moment when they specialized in natural wines without added sulfites or any other artificial product. In 2008, the first wine was made under the Clot de les Soleres brand, where the whole process is carried out, from the cultivation of the vines, the harvest to the bottling and labeling, thus guaranteeing the origin and quality of the product. . Clot de les Soleres makes all its wines following the methods we know today as "natural", without unnecessary additions or interventions, therefore, it is neither stabilized nor filtered. In this case it is aged for 5 months in storage on its fine lees, hence it can have a cloudy visual impression of the yeast in suspension, which does not mean any defect.

Sorprent aquest vi la frescor i el punt de vi d'agulla. Gust de poma, flors blanques i tocs anisats. És important la seva elaboració natural, sense filtrar i clarificar. Molt recomenable.
