TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with purple reflections, has an intensity of medium - high layer. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose, the intensity and character of the ripe black fruit fills all the senses, where it is on a bed of spices (peppercorns, cloves, juniper) and sweets (vanilla and cinnamon) that give it the touch of elegance and delicacy.

TASTE:

Mouth with a palpable density and fleshiness. Tannins with character and very well structured, and with a certain freshness, which gives it the necessary balance to be able to mark the distinctive feature. Long, wide and persistent finish.

MATCHING
Perfect with tasty dishes with good taste structure and power. Different meats with different elaborations. Crispy pork with apple compote, grilled beef fillet with pepper sauce, hare civet, roast duck, or grilled magret.
