TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright Color garnets with Roof tile reflections particularly bright. Intense color very pleasing to the eye with a layer of medium - high intensity.

AROMA:

Intensity and complexity in its maximum essence. Floral aromas where we find notes of acacia and more present the notes of fruit infusions, where wild raspberries and violets are pronounced with more force.

TASTE:

The wine of viscerality par excellence. We find ourselves in a passionately delicate entrance in the mouth, with an admirable precision. Tannins very silky and exceptionally fine. It is a mysterious wine that can sometimes be complex to taste, but it is undoubtedly the most touching of the name of Chambolle Musigny.

MATCHING
Due to its softness of gustative potency, we consider that it would match perfectly with very natural dishes, as it could be perfect with a Filet Mignon, and lightly cooked low-temperature white meat dishes.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The end of World War II marks the real growth of the estate and the beginning of a recognition of wines with the Roumier signature. In 1945, Georges Roumier started bottling in the farm. He extended the estate by buying several plots at Bonnes-Mars and Clos Vougeot and, in 1953, he acquired a complete estate located in Morey-Saint-Denis, Clos de la Bussière. His son, Jean-Marie Roumier, continues this expansion and expands the field in the denominations of Corton Charlemagne and Musigny. Since 1982, talented Christophe Roumier manages the field patiently constituted by his father and grandfather. Now it is one of the most popular areas of Burgundy in the world for its Musigny or its Chambolle 1er cru Les Amoureuses. Nowadays, the estate has 11.8 hectares of the most popular Côte de Nuits. Two years (the Charmes-Chambertin and the Ruchottes-Chambertin) come from parcels in partnership. They are labeled as Christophe Roumier, but they have received the same attention from field teams. The vineyard is made in accordance with the principles of the fight against the point of fertilizers or herbicides before a manual harvest of perfectly mature grapes. After a meticulous classification and a partial separation, the grapes are ready for vinification. It is true that he is one of the most beautiful, poetic and sold names of Burgundy. But Les Amoureuses is, above all, the first oil of Chambolle most admired for the quality of the wines it produces.
