Colour

Straw yellow with greenish-gray shades. Crystalline.

AROMA:

Harmonious complex. Fragrances of ripe fruit combined with rose petals.

TASTE:

Structured sweet. Good mouth feel with hints of fruity, easy to drink. Final fresh and balanced.

Good with fish stew, appetizers taste soft character, asparagus or baked assorted cream cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Most of the vineyards are located along the Rhine terrace of Nierstein to Dienheim and Guntersblum and around Uelversheim. In total, with more than 40 different parcels. Christoph Hiestand is a passionate winemaker who strives to make wines that reflect the character of the grape varietal. The area of Rheinhessen is the largest wine region in Germany.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
